Hi! My name is Madison Coleman, and I am beyond excited to be a part of the Madden and Gilbert team here in Mechanicsburg! I grew up in Harrisburg, PA. I went to Bishop McDevitt and I’m the 4th generation! After graduating in 2018, I went to Lebanon Valley College in Annville and received my bachelor’s degree in exercise science in 2022 and my doctorate in physical therapy in 2024.

Throughout high school I ran track, cross country, threw shotput and javelin. These sports led to various injuries and eventually physical therapy. That is when and where my love for physical therapy began, and I have dreamt of being a physical therapist ever since! I loved the interaction I experienced with my physical therapists. The idea of being in the medical field and helping those I can relate to excited me. Of all the options I was considering in the medical field, physical therapy always seemed to stick. So, physical therapy it was!

In my free time I like going to the gym, walking, fishing, roller skating and spending time with my family and friends. My calmer and indoor activities include doing crafts and reading. My crafts consist of painting and working with polymer clay to make earrings and I love reading anything spooky. I am very outgoing, so the more I’m able to talk to someone the better! I currently live in Harrisburg with my mom and our fun-loving Shetland Sheepdogs. Since my extended family lives so close, I see them very often and I am so grateful for that. I have four aunts and one uncle which means even more cousins!

I am so excited to meet and get to know you! I look forward to exchanging stories and hearing about your life. We will discuss any injuries, aches, pains or discomforts you may have. We will make a plan on how to reach your goals and we will see it through together. I cannot wait to work with you and get you back to doing the things you enjoy!
