Hello, my name is Dr. Noah Esbenshade. Growing up I loved sports and played many. That led me to go to Grove City College to major in exercise science, and I played soccer and 1 year of lacrosse while there. At that time, I wanted to be a strength and conditioning coach and did an internship at EXOS where I had the opportunity to work with a wide range of athletes, middle and high school through professional. It was at this internship that I realized that I like the problem-solving and personal relationships that the PTs got to develop with the athletes. So, I shifted my focus. I graduated from Grove City College in 2020 and attended Messiah University to attain my DPT in 2023.

Outside of PT, I enjoy spending time outdoors. I currently live in the Mount Gretna area which is a great place to run, hike, bike, train for triathlons although I’m not a very good swimmer, and play with my Australian Shepherd dog, Denali. I also enjoy spending time with friends and trying new foods. I look forward to meeting you in the clinic!
