Hi! My name is Dr. Brenna Strawser, and I’m a physical therapist at the Madden and Gilbert office in Harrisburg. I graduated with my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Lebanon Valley College in 2023, and I’m so excited to be part of the Madden and Gilbert PT family! I grew up in the small town of Port Royal in Juniata County, but I now live with my husband, Alex, in Hershey. Alex and I met in PT school, and he now works as a physical therapist at the Penn State Hershey Rehabilitation Hospital.

I chose this profession because I knew it would keep me on my toes and allow me to help and interact with different people. I find it incredible that I can use my own hands and knowledge to help people achieve their physical goals and heal naturally. Most of all, I love seeing patients get excited about their hard work and progress!

Outside the clinic, I am an avid adventurer known for dragging Alex on some wild excursions. Together, we have traveled across the county and visited multiple national parks with the goal of seeing them all! Some of my favorite adventures include iceberg kayaking in Alaska, hiking to alpine lakes in Washington, and swimming in the Baltic Sea in Sweden! Although I love my husband dearly, my one true love is my dog, Indiana (Indy for short). He’s a Brittany Spaniel with a big personality. I’m so excited to work with you and hear about your adventures and animals as well!
