Hi there! My name is Nick Bentz and I am a team member at Madden & Gilbert Physical Therapy in Dauphin. I grew up in Reading, PA, where I spent most of my time outdoors, playing sports, or spending time with friends and family.

I attended Lebanon Valley College where I played football for 4 years and graduated after 6 years with my Doctorate in Physical Therapy. My favorite vacation spots are the beaches at the Outer Banks, camping at Raystown Lake, or skiing anywhere in Vermont (with a dream of going out west sometime). In my free time, I enjoy playing golf or soccer, skiing, spending time outdoors, or playing games with my friends and family. My wife and I live in Elizabethtown and we’re excited to start building our family with a golden retriever puppy right now.

I became interested in physical therapy after my physical therapist helped me get back onto the playing field from knee and back injuries in high school, and I became passionate about giving back and helping people get back to their own activities. My favorite part about physical therapy is people coming back surprised when they were able to do something without pain for the first time in weeks or months.

I value building relationships with my patients and having them be an active part of the team to help them achieve their goals and get back to being pain free. I am excited to help serve the community and get people back to doing what they love.
