Michael Gilbert, DPT

Dr. Michael M. Gilbert, DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy) is a native of the area and grew up in Harrisburg. He attended Susquehanna Township high school and then continued his studies at Penn State University where he earned a B.S. in Kinesiology with a medical emphasis. Dr. Gilbert received his DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy) degree from the University of Pittsburgh.

Dr. Gilbert has practiced across the state and has brought a level of treatment to central PA usually only reserved for the big cities. He specializes in the treatment of the spine with an emphasis on manual therapy including mobilization and manipulation of the spine. He has also worked in the sports and spine clinic at the University of Pittsburgh and Pittsburgh Steelers. Dr. Gilbert treats all orthopedic conditions as well as joint replacements, post rotator cuff surgery, post arthoscopic surgery and more. Dr. Gilbert has been featured on local TV and has delivered countless seminars around the region teaching the different aspects of physical therapy and in particular back pain.

Cody Frye, DPT

Dr. Cody Frye is from a small, rural town in North-East Georgia called Hartwell. He attended Toccoa Falls College for his undergraduate degree earning a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Biology in 2020. While earning his undergraduate degree, he played baseball for 4 years as a Collegiate Pitcher. He moved to PA in the fall of 2020 to attend Messiah University and graduated in 2023 with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Cody was motivated to pursue a career in Physical Therapy after seeing the positive impact it had on close family and friends as they were going through difficult times in their lives physically and emotionally.

Dr. Frye has been married since December of 2020 to his wife, Talia, who grew up in the Northern Pennsylvania mountains. In his free time, he enjoys being active with playing basketball, golf, softball, tennis, pickle ball, and going hiking. Additionally, Dr. Frye loves to support his Georgia sports teams, particularly, University of Georgia football, Atlanta Braves, and Atlanta Falcons. He is very excited to join the Madden & Gilbert team and positively impact the local community in Mechanicsburg.

Jonathan Milliron, DPT- Clinical Director

Dr. Jonathan T. Milliron. DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy) is originally from Altoona, PA. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania in 2008. He graduated from Saint Francis University with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Dr. Milliron treats a wide range of orthopedic conditions. He has received specialized training in cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine dysfunction along with sports related injuries. Areas of expertise include classification based treatment for the spine, sports rehabilitation, manipulative therapy, and outcomes based treatment. Dr. Milliron is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, the Pennsylvania Physical Therapy Association and the Orthopedic Section of the APTA.

Dr. Milliron has been married since 2014 to Amanda Nagle who is a physical therapy assistant in the Madden/Gilbert company. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family.  He has a son Liam, daughter Paige and a shepherd/husky mix dog named Sheba.  He enjoys sports and cheering on Penn State football, Pittsburgh Steelers, Pittsburgh Penguins and Boston Red Sox, and getting out on the golf course as much as possible.
