Alec Evanitus, PTA
Hello! My name is Alec Evanitus and I am the Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) apart of your physical therapy team alongside Taylor, your physical therapist! I have lived in York, PA my whole life, attending Central York for my schooling before college. There I played lacrosse and ran cross country to keep myself busy. I ran cross country for 6 years and played lacrosse from 5th grade to senior year of high school. From there I attended Temple University in Philadelphia, PA for my bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. After graduating in 2019 from Temple I took a break from schooling to work and further my work experience. In February of 2020 I started working for Madden and Gilbert as an aide, which I did for about two years before returning to school. I then completed my PTA program at Central Penn College in Enola, PA to further my PT knowledge and gain the ability to do more with patients. In 2023 I completed my state board exam to become a licensed PTA and began practicing full time. I am excited to be a part of this team and to work with you to get back to normal naturally!
Outside of work I, like to be active and participate in activities outside. When I have free time or it’s nice out, I enjoy running, biking, pickleball, going to the gym, or rock climbing. I also enjoy relaxing and getting a chance to play video games with my friends or watch sports that might be going on. I am a huge sports fan and can talk about just about anything! I am a huge Philadelphia sports fan and enjoy watching/following Formula 1 racing. One other huge part of my life is my puppy Enzo. He is a German Shorthaired Pointer and was born in the fall of 2024. He keeps me busy with walks and training. I look forward to sharing more about myself and getting to know more about you!
