I could not be more grateful for the care that I received at Madden and Gilbert. While attending, I was under the care Ava, DPT. The care she provided me was truly unmatched. She is brilliant, dedicated, compassionate, and provides holistic care to assist you through whatever injuries and conditions you are experiencing. She is very knowledgeable and explains any questions you have and helps to provide insights and explanations for your symptoms that helps make a condition seem less daunting, while providing you with a thorough treatment plan. Ava truly cares about her patients and does whatever she can to assist in their recovery. Ava specializes in pelvic floor PT but also works with other orthopedic injuries and is equally helpful in both areas. I would recommend her to anyone for any type of condition. All of the staff at madden and Gilbert are phenomenal and I had wonderful interactions with them from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend madden and Gilbert to anyone needing PT services.

Came here for my knee. Had Ben had my therapist he was great. Started out with not being able to squat or kneel down without falling back. Ben worked with me and after weeks of therapy I was able to kneel down and squat with no issues and no pain in my knee. This is a great place to come. I truly did not know what to expect when I began therapy. I was experiencing pain as high as a 7. I could not walk without a walker & had little hope of eliminating the pain or walk without a walker at my age of 87. However just the opposite. By following Brenna, Sara & their qualified assistants in their training program, always with their caring help. Today I walk without pain or a walker. All of you are a 5 star company. I consider my instructor's part of my family.

I’ve received physical therapy twice at Madden-Gilbert, once for my right shoulder and another for my left knee. The staff there is the best …. from the front desk to the doctors and therapists who treat their patients. The facility is clean and runs like a well-oiled machine but with an upbeat and friendly vibe. I highly recommend this practice. In particular, I commend Doctor Strawser and her team. Dr. Brenna and her physical therapist, Sara, were both dedicated to my recovery. And tho successful therapy depends largely on the patient’s participation, these “angels” encouraged, challenged and motivated me all along. They played an instrument part in my recovery, and I will be forever grateful.
