Brenna listens to my concerns and uses various methods to tailor a PT plan that best fits my needs. She cares deeply about her patients and works to help them achieve their goals to improve their health and mobility. I had cartilage repair surgery in April and knew it would require a lot of physical therapy. With it being more of an uncommon surgery, I did a lot of research and review reading on different physical therapy places in the area. Dr. Dan took the time to read through the recovery plan provided by the doctor to familiarize himself with the my specific needs. I worked mostly with Dr. Dan and Sara and they were both very kind, patient, and empathic. I was very nervous with the whole process, but I could not have asked for a better PT team. Madden Gilbert physical therapy is top-notch with their exceptional patient care and patience on the physical therapy roller coaster. I was on Brenna’s team, and they were wonderful every step of the way. She was encouraging and optimistic about seeing improvement in my knee pain and increased strength. Working with her has absolutely allowed me to hold off on a knee replacement which was my main goal. I would highly recommend their practice as they are dedicated to improving your life and working with you to improve your mobility and decrease your pain. Started physical therapy after chronic pain for over a year and some change. Outstanding service from the cheerful professional front desk to the technicians. This was my second visit to Madden and Gilbert. I had sever ankle pain and trouble walking. I was assigned to Rebecca and Ryan's team. One thing I like about Madden and Gilbert is they give you the tools to continue your treatment at home. Ryan was awesome technician. He always had the time to answer questions and concerns.
