Sara, Tayler, and Brenna were not only incredibly kind and helpful with physical rehab, they were also very understanding of the mental barriers involved with recovery that no one tells you about. Rehabbing an injury involves a lot of uncomfortable feelings and pops and cracks that you're never ready for; pops and cracks that make sure you're paranoid the entire time that you're making it worse. Everybody there was welcoming, the jokes were funny, and working a knee I had been scared to work for a month actually felt fun and fulfilling, a a lot of that is due to the culture of the place and the people there. Highly, HIGHLY recommend.

As a senior citizen, I’ve had my share of issues over the years. Madden & Gilbert Physical Therapy has, time and time again, resolved my issues and restored my health. This time I was having balance issues. As I aged, I noticed certain tasks requiring balance became more and more difficult. Physical therapy has helped tremendously and my balance has been improved so that I can do simple tasks like putting on my slacks and shoes without having to sit or hold on to something. The physical therapists who helped me improve (Ben assisted by Owen) were patient, knowledgeable in knowing exactly what exercises I needed, challenged me (which I loved) and giving me encouragement every step of the way. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. The front staff is always welcoming, upbeat and friendly. I won’t go anywhere else for physical therapy!

I was in horrible pain with my left shoulder it snapped, crackled and would painful pop and just constantly aches, it made doing very many things hard, and I used tons of voltaren gel for the pain. I did have a shot in the arm at OIP when I was first seen for it but it really didn't do anything. I started physical therapy at the end of May at Madden therapy and today, 8.6.25, I am pain-free. Thanks to Brenna and Sarah and Taylor constant work with me through therapy. Happy to be back to my normal self. Great place to go if you have pain. Highly recommended
