Every one of the staff at Madden & Gibert were outstanding in their efforts to bring relief for my right knee issue. The Doc states my knee is presently bone on bone and surgery is needed. The therapy provided has given me a chance to hold off on surgery. Before coming I had trouble putting a sock on my right foot and playing volleyball 🏐. I have found relief from the sessions provided and back on the volleyball 🏐 court! Thanks to everyone for their support and encouragement!!

I want to thank my pt team of Matt, Ally, Taylor, Noah and Tess for the excellent support they have given me the last couple of months. When I first started I was only able to walk for two minutes now I’m up to six. This may not sound like much to some people, but to me it is a vast improvement. I came here back in March for my neck and dizzy issues. Then added an ankle and shoulder injury to the mix. I am a busy mom of 4 with countless health problems and injuries. I've seen so many specialists and done so much physical therapy over the years. And no one I mean no one is like Madden and Gilbert. Veronica and her team really cater to the needs of the patient not the needs of the injury. If one way doesn't work they find a new way. I even had cupping done! It is now July and I'm officially graduating from all my injuries! I feel like whole new person! I have my life back and I am beyond grateful for all they have done! I won't go anywhere else! Thanks to Madden & Gilbert Physical Therapy, my life has returned to me as I once knew it. Before attending physical therapy, I saw an orthopedic doctor for injections in my knees and prescriptions. When neither helped me, I went for a second opinion and at that time, I was prescribed physical therapy. The timing could not have been more perfect since I saw a post on Facebook about a Knee Workshop at the Madden & Gilbert Physical Therapy - Shrewsbury, PA on October 11, 2023. The presentation at the workshop sounded so promising that I scheduled an appointment for the following week since I was desperate for relief from severe pain in my knees caused by arthritis and COVID-19. I attended therapy for the next seven months and during those months, my life was returned to me as I once knew. I no longer have pain in my knees, I can walk without assistance, I am cleaning, cooking, and shopping again, getting in and out of a vehicle is not dreaded, and best of all, I am now actively flower gardening as I had once enjoyed. I cannot thank my team enough for providing care and encouragement during the physical therapy. I witnessed this same care and encouragement provided to all who attended therapy. Addie, Alec, Olivia, and Autumn, thank you again for returning my life to me. And finally, thank you Allison for making scheduling so easy.

I had both my knees replaced in October and November of 2023. I chose Madden Physical Therapy after several friends told me about their experiences and successes with their staff of physical therapists. I wanted an office close to home since I would be in therapy for at least six months. I was assigned to the team of Addie, Alex, Olivia and Autumn. Each appointment was a success and a step forward for me. From my very first appointment (the day after getting out of the hospital) where i couldn’t envision walking let alone going up steps, to my last appointment where I was so sad it was over and time to move on. Each appointment I was met with a smile, a challenge, lots of encouragement and support. I am enjoying life with more stability, agility, flexibility, strength and no pain. Also, I have a friend and a family member who had knee replacements at the same time. They live in different states, and unfortunately, they are still having issues with their recovery. I would definitely recommend Madden Physical Therapy. Addie, Alex, Olivia, Autumn and all of the staff made my time there successful, comfortable and fun too! Thank you!!!
