I received exceptional care from Alli and Matt in the Shrewsbury location. They were knowledgeable, attentive, caring, and so helpful with getting my knee pain under control. They also helped me with vertigo that I struggled with during my knee therapy, which was a lifesaver! They are true professionals and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of physical therapy.

Feb 2024 I had knee replacement at OSS by Dr Margetas followed by 6 months of PT at OSS. I was discharged with minimal range of motion and was told it may never improve. Extremely disappointed with my care at OSS. In the Fall I had 3 months of massage therapy which helped to breakup the fascia but I still needed to regain range of motion. Feb 2025 I called Madden & Gilbert. They made no promises but gave me hope that they could help me. During my first visit Matt listened, understood & put together a plan. The results are much more than I had hoped for… nearly 100%. I can bend and straighten my leg freely with no pain. The atmosphere is one of care and compassion. I highly recommend Matt and his team at Madden & Gilbert!

Pain in foot from plantar fasciitis then pain traveled to hip area. Matt’s team gave me exercises, knew exactly what I needed to alleviate the pain and strengthen the muscles affected. I was having severe pain in my back that made me walk crooked or not at all. I went to a recommended Physical Therapy place. They could NOT figure out how to help me. I cried often and became reclusive. A friend told me about Madden and Gilbert. I went to a free clinic and met Matt Conroy. He was a Godsend for sure! After the initial exam he knew exactly what the issue was. I am now pain free in that area and getting ready to start treatment on a shoulder that was broken years ago but now giving me pain. Matt and Allie are so kind and caring. They have a good sense of humor and are amazing to work with. I don’t know what I would have done without them to help me. I started going to M&G Shrewsbury location due to stiffness and discomfort in right shoulder. The team of Veronica, Pete, and Jenny were great to work with. They helped me regain a wider range of motion. The discomfort still exists due to Orthopedic doctor saying it is arthritis that I will need to live with.
