After experiencing a torn rotator cuff, rehabbing it and then tearing it again I found myself frustrated. With no other choice my surgeon said I needed a reverse shoulder replacement. After talking to Dan, I went ahead with the surgery as he reassured me he would be able to give me range of motion again. I carefully followed his program not only at the clinic, but did all my exercises at home as well. I am now able to umpire softball again, hunt, fish, work the chain crew for football and resume all my normal home activities. Without his patience none of this would happen. Thank you Dan, Katelynn, and Ryan, as well as Brenna and Sarah, and of course Sam, Katie, Aubrey, Taylor and Erin and who were like family. I recommend anyone needing Physical Therapy to always think of Madden and Dan FIRST.

While on vacation developed pain in lower back & middle of right buttock. Had difficulty going up stairs, decreased strength in right leg, & walking a distance was an issue. I have greatly improved in my ability to get around - I was in considerable pain when I started PT. I could only be on my feet for 15 minutes when I started PT. Now I can move around for closer to 60 minutes. My left leg was tingly when I started but now it is normal. I was having trouble standing up straight. Now it much better. My life has changed so much for the better.

I was suffering from terrible right hip and sciatica pain. I started sessions with Dr Dan which brought me some relief until I was able to have surgery to have my hip replaced. At 4 weeks post surgery , I started sessions 3 times per week along with laser therapy. I am now a little over four months post op and have very little pain and almost full range of motion. Dr Dan and his team were able to give me back my quality of life that I once had! I highly recommend Madden and Gilbert Physical Therapy!

I could barely open my mouth & chewing was almost impossible when I started PT with Katelyn. It took a while but I can eat anything again. Katelyn did a great job finding the spots in my jaw that she needed to work on.
