After my escape from death following a fall and corrective surgeries I chose Madden and Gilbert as my provider of physical therapy. My care plan was clear however multiple adjustments had to be employed because of complications I encountered tied to my aging process. However, I was fortunate to have a team of providers that were knowledge and changed my care plans to target the new physical issues I encountered. Carol, my primary therapist, was a recent graduate from her doctoral program for PT specialist. She is so knowledgeable, compassionate, and caring but knows when you need a "reminder" and encouragement to work harder. There were also times I over reacted and moved too fast and vigorous which was detrimental to continuing progress. Carol would provide the mental healing that was so important to keep me on target. I cannot imagine where I would be without her caring and guidance. Go Carol! Go Madden and Gilbert Team.

I haven't had much success going to PT in the past, but Katelyn was a different story. Her tx included gradually adding exercises each week to engage and strengthen muscles and after a few visits my back pain began to decrease, and I could finally get a decent night sleep again. When I first arrived at Madden and Gilbert, I was introduced to my physical therapist, Katelyn. At that time, I could barely walk. She began with a thorough assessment to determine the best starting point for my recovery.
