I pulled my hamstring playing volleyball. It is just a community league, but I was concerned about a lengthy recovery (not as young and spry as I once was ;)). Dr. Jan gave me a set of exercises which helped me recover about 60% mobility and strength in about a week. The big game changer was the laser therapy... after applying that for several days in a row (only takes a few minutes each time), the pain was gone and the mobility and strength of my hamstring was restored. Wow! I was pleasantly surprised with both the rate and extent of recovery. Jan also provided some dynamic stretches to do prior to playing to avoid injury in the future. Brady is amazing. He is thorough and caring. He touches base with ever visit. Brady is so attentive and understanding. I have been through a lot during therapy both physically and mentally. I firmly believe I would not be where I am now without his constant support. I will miss my time at therapy but glad I'm back to "normal ".
