Liz and Ken provided service in a positive and encouraging manner. I was able to gain strength and flexibility, however my pain was not reduced to the point where increased walking and standing were achieved

Wishing there were a lot more than just 5 stars to rate Madden & Gilbert in Hershey. The treatments they use are very unique and effective. Dealing with severe sciatica for the past year I found TOTAL relief from the pain after a few sessions of therapy followed by the "laser therapy" they recently started offering. As soon as the first session with the laser was completed I was completely pain free and able to move like never before!! I can't recommend a better place for physical therapy than Madden & Gilbert in Hershey. My therapist, Ryan, is the absolute best.

I gave the 5 star rating because the staff at Madden Gilbert deserved it. Melanie and her staff made me work hard, but they worked hard too. They worked on both a replaced knee and a replaced hip. Both of which I had completed PT somewhere else. I wasn't satisfied with the status of both my knee and hip. I had heard good things about Madden Gilbert from a former patient at MG. I decided to give them a try. They thought they could help and they did. I would recommend them to anyone needing PT. And the staff's attitude is terrific. They are fun to be around.

My whole experience with Madded & Gilbert was very positive, from scheduling with Debbie, easy to work with and very friendly. My Physical Therapist Jane was outstanding. I have suffered with lower back for a number of years and was able to work through it and still able to work and play golf but last year it just would not go away and had to give up my part time job and could no longer play golf. The pain got so bad that I could not even walk at times and nothing relieved the pain. After a few weeks of therapy Jane was able to reduce the pain and increased my flexibility. After two months I’m playing golf again and have not experience any extreme pain and only mild discomfort and some stiffness that I’m able to relieve with the exercises Jane give me.

I started going to M&G Shrewsbury location due to stiffness and discomfort in right shoulder. The team of Veronica, Pete, and Jenny were great to work with. They helped me regain a wider range of motion. The discomfort still exists due to Orthopedic doctor saying it is arthritis that I will need to live with. I would highly recommend this location headed up by Matt and Veronica’s team.
