I can’t thank Cody and Julia enough for the help they have given me in recovery from a neck injury and a torn rotator cuff. They are knowledgeable, professional, caring and a lot of fun to be around. From my first visit, it was clear that this clinic is run by a physical therapist who truly knows his craft! Dr. Jon took the time to explain my diagnosis in plain language and answered every question with patience. I was seen for pain and diminished mobility in my knee, side, back, neck, and arm. Dr. Jon's depth of knowledge and attention to detail gave me immediate confidence in the treatment plan. Each session was purposeful and tailored specifically to my progress. I never felt rushed, and he consistently checked in to make sure exercises felt safe and effective. The results spoke for themselves as my strength and mobility steadily improved. Doctor told me that I had arthritis in the back of my right knee. Doctor said a shot or therapy, I chose therapy at Gilbert's therapy. I have been to Gilbert's several years ago and was very satisfied with them. I give Toby and Julia a 5 star review. I was limping when I first started therapy but now I am walking normal. In mid June 2025 I woke up with a severe back and leg pain - cause unknown. I could not sit for more than ten minutes and could not lay in bed for any length of time. Dr. Milliron and his team’s efforts over the next three months fixed my problem. They were experts in physical therapy, very patient, and created an amazing environment with their engaging and caring attitudes. Madden and Gilbert provided a series of focused exercises for my severe sciatica that strengthened my low back and core muscles over about 6 weeks. My pain was minimized and I was able to return to many of my prior activities.
